CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
                             (mama's)
 
Cook chicken & cube  (5-boneless breasts)
Add can of cream of chicken soup to chicken
dump in some sour cream (1/4-1/2 cup)
add milk if needed
add 1 smalljar chopped pimento, drained; stir
dump in a casserole
crumple saltines and saute in butter in skillet
until brown
sprinkle on top
bake at 350 until it bubbles
