Raisin Bran Muffins
 
5 cups flour       2
tsp salt           2 cups sugar     1 tsp cinnamon              
1 tsp nutmeg     1-
1&1/2 cups chopped pecans   1 cup oil            4 eggs  
3 tsp baking soda          1
quart buttermilk           15 oz pkg
Raisin Bran
 
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Stir to moisten - don’t
stir again ! 
Spoon 1/2 full in muffin tins. Bake at 400 deg for 15 to 20
minutes.
 
Note: Batter will keep for six weeks. It will get very thick, but do not thin
