1 pkg Broccoli slaw mix
1 pkg Ramen Noodle Soup (chicken or teriyaki - suggested)
1/4 cup oil
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp rive vinegar
1 stalk green onion
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Crumble the dry noodles and add to slaw mix, onions and sunflower seeds. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and soup seasoning packet. Pour over slaw mix and toss.
For a crunch slaw, add noodles and sunflower seeds just before serving.
