Cauliflower Salad (Weight Watchers)

1    Large Head Cauliflower

1    Small Onion

1     Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1    Bell Pepper

1    Cup Fat Free Mayo

1/4  Cup Splenda

Cut up vegetables; add cheese and toss.

Mix Spenda and mayo; spread over vegetables. Do not stir

Let chill overnight; toss and serve
