Skillet Chicken Parmesan (Weight Watchers)


1/4 Cup Grated Reduced Fat Parmesan

Jar Bertolli Spaghetti Sauce

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

5 Boneless Chicken Breasts

1-1/2 Cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Stir Parmesan cheese into spaghetti sauce. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Ad chicken and cook for 10 minutes until brown. Pour sauce over chicken turning to coat. Cover and cook another 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Top with mozzarella cheese. Let stand until cheese melts.
