1 package (16-oz) Bird's Eye Farm Fresh broccoli, cauliflower & carrots.

8- ounces linguine

1 15-oz container ricotta cheese

1-cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon each: dried basil and oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon each: garlic salt, salt and pepper


Prepare vegetables as directed on package; drain

Cook linguine as directed on package; drain

Mix together vegetables and linguine in serving dish. Meanwhile, mix together remaining ingreadients in saucepan; heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Add to vegetables and linguine, mix lightly and serve at once.
