1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

3 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened

1 14-oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted or 8 1-oz squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Add eagle brand; beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Remove side of pan. Garnish as desired.
