3-pork cutlets or 3 loin pork chops

1-onion, chopped

1-green pepper, chopped

1-can cream of mushroom soup

1-Tbsp kitchen bouquet


Saute chopped pepper and onion. Cube pork into 1/2" cubes and add to pepper and onion. Cook until pork is no longer pink. Add soup and kitchen bouquet until you get the color you desire. Transfer to casserole. bake in 350 for at least one hour.

Serve with baked potato, green beans and carrot sticks. chablis?    makes 4 servings.
