Sweet Potato Casserole (Ruthie Mason)

 

3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

1 cup sugar

2 eggs beaten

cup milk

one small can (one cup) coconut

tsp salt

stick butter, melted

tsp vanilla or cinnamon

 

Combine all ingredients, pour in dish.

Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, stick butter melted . Sprinkle over other ingredients. Sprinkle one cup chopped nuts over top.

Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
