One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (can substitute dried parsley flakes)
Mix stuffing, 1-1/4 cups boiling water and 4 tbsp. margarine
Spoon stuffing across center of 3-qrt shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side fo stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
Mix soup, milk and parsley, Pour over chicken
Bake covered at 400 deg for 30 min, or until chicken is no longer pink
Serve with a vegetable of choice. Cranberry sauce is a nice addition.
