2 c nonfat milk 
 c double strength coffee or brewed espresso 
2 t sugar 
2 oz dark or bittersweet chocolate, chopped 
The night before serving, fill an ice-cube tray with milk.
 Freeze solid. Chill brewed coffee and chill in refrigerator.
 Divide ingredients and process in 2 batches.
 Place half milk cubes in container of blender, add half the
 coffee and 1 t sugar; blend until smooth. 
Add 1 oz. chopped chocolate and blend 10-30 seconds, until chocolate is well blended.
 Pour into frosted glasses and repeat with the remaining ingredients. Yield: 2 servings.
